Have you ever noticed that it’s easy to manifest a free cup of coffee, a green light when you're in a hurry, or a text from a friend—but when it comes to "Big Money"—the rent, the debt, the dream investment—everything seizes up?

In Neville’s teaching, there is a fundamental reason for this: The Law makes no distinction between a fortune and a cup of coffee. The difference isn't in the money; it's in how you feel about it.

The Problem of "Value"

Neville taught that the Law knows no scale. It doesn't find a million dollars "harder" to produce than a nickel. The difficulty only exists in the value you assign to it.

  • The Coffee: You view it as ordinary. You don’t "watch" for it. You assume it’s possible, and then you go about your day.
  • The Money: You place it under a "watch". You treat it as special, urgent, and distant.

As Neville famously pointed out, "Attention always implies absence". If you are constantly checking your bank account or wondering when the money will arrive, you are actually practicing the "feeling" that the money is missing.

Haste is Not Movement

One of the most important lessons in Neville’s philosophy is that hurry belongs to the man, not the Law. When you feel a sense of "urgency" regarding your finances, you are declaring that your goal is far away.

Because the world is a mirror, it must reflect that "distance" back to you. The more you hurry, the more the world mirrors back circumstances that require you to keep waiting.

How to Make Money "Ordinary"

To manifest wealth with the same ease as a cup of coffee, you have to move it from the category of "Miracle" to the category of "Natural".

  1. Stop Making it Special: Treat the thought of wealth as something common and expected, rather than a once-in-a-lifetime event.
  2. Abandon the "When": Urgency is the enemy. If you were already wealthy, you wouldn't be asking "When is it coming?" You would be relaxed.
  3. Check Your Position: The world does not reflect your desire; it reflects your position. If your position is "I am waiting," the world will faithfully show you more "waiting".

The Bottom Line

If you can accept a cup of coffee without strain, you can accept a fortune without strain. The Law doesn't care about the size of the check—it only cares about how "ordinary" the abundance feels to you.

The obstacle was never the amount. It was the awe.
